It is unbranded. no material tag and no size tag. I am guessing linen based on feel, the large embellishments are plastic (maybe Bakelite?), the woven crochet collar is heavyweight and has some substance to it, I am guessing the pixel like floral print is screenprinted and it has a built in scarf like train down the back.
